Building Footwear. . . a bit of Science and Art

Building custom footwear is difficult and involves a significant level of skill .   The more information that the technician has, the better we can do.   Below are a list of "imperatives", we need and "Optional Requirements". . .  

Expect 10 working days to manufacture Full Hand Made Custom Orthotic Footwear.   We have samples and Marketing Displays available.   Sample footwear runs $25.00 per shoe.   Orthotic samples we provide for free as well as the displays.

How we build footwear. . .

• Our process is unique. . .   We start from a stable and reproducible foundation (Static Stance).   We then analyize Dynamic Function (Mass - Motion - Balance - Pressure - Symmetry - Gait - 3D Geometry) and compute the exact positioning of the Subtalar (rearfoot) to Midtarsal (midfoot) and we maximize 1st Ray function.   The end result is a precise control of simple to complex load bearing mechanics.
